Job Description/Requirements

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.

- Negotiate and close deals with clients.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commission-based sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
