As a Commission Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing unlimited earning potential for the right candidate

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance product knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commission-based sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Compensation:
