Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting company properties, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for real estate.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through marketing activities, referrals, and client outreach.
  • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective clients
  • Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  • Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close property deals in line with company targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales goals.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Minimum of an HND
