Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling properties
- Improve the business performance of the organization and its clients.
- Ensuring hitch free internal and external customer experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Maximize, generate good sales profits by meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Closing of all sales deals
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries.
- Co-ordinate and execute the closing of available properties.
- Protects the company's value by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar position in notable real estate company
- The ability to close deals consistently.
- Good knowledge of Epe and Ibeju Lekki real estate development, govt development and
- private sector multi-Million investment going on the the above mentioned axis and roads.
- Extensive Leads data base.
Location: Lagos and it's environs residents
- Note: Every applicant must reside around Ajah, Sangotedo, Awoyaya, Bogije and it’s environs.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
