Job summary

A retail company is looking to hire energetic and persuasive Sales Activation Executive to drive customer acquisition and promote products in allocated outlets.

Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote products physically and digitally (including using social media platforms).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Set up product displays and ensure strong brand visibility at all times.
  • Gather and report customer feedback, insights, and trends to the sales/marketing team.
  • Assist with stock management and inventory tracking for promotional items.


 

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of an SSCE / High School Certificate.
  • Friendly, persuasive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or digital marketing (added advantage).
  • Ability to stand, walk around, or engage customers for extended periods.
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays when required.


 

Location:  Benin


Work mode: Fully onsite (Monday - Saturday)
