Job summary
A retail company is looking to hire energetic and persuasive Sales Activation Executive to drive customer acquisition and promote products in allocated outlets.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote products physically and digitally (including using social media platforms).
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Set up product displays and ensure strong brand visibility at all times.
- Gather and report customer feedback, insights, and trends to the sales/marketing team.
- Assist with stock management and inventory tracking for promotional items.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an SSCE / High School Certificate.
- Friendly, persuasive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or digital marketing (added advantage).
- Ability to stand, walk around, or engage customers for extended periods.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays when required.
Location: Benin
Work mode: Fully onsite (Monday - Saturday)
