Job summary
We are seeking a smart, goal-driven, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate firm in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, closing property deals, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on quality leads daily
- Convert prospects into paying clients through effective sales strategies
- Close real estate deals within set timelines
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM sheets accurately and consistently
- Prepare and submit lead sheets and sales reports on time
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations when necessary
- Follow up with prospective buyers and investors professionally
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to drive revenue growth
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and transactions
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and sales reporting
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be professional, organized, and proactive
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc qualification
