Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at a leading beverage company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding market presence across assigned territories in Onitsha.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets within the territory.
- Maintain and grow strong business relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising.
- Execute promotional and activation activities to drive volume and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and insights.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Must reside within or be very familiar with Onitsha and its environs.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in beverage or FMCG sales.
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to meet targets.
