Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through referrals, networking, field marketing, and digital channels.
- Promote Coronation Asset Management's investment products and services to individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention and referrals. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, financial services, or business development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects effectively.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is an added advantage.
Location: Lagos and Ibadan.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000
