Job summary

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives (Industrial Raw Materials) to expand our market presence and drive business growth across Nigeria. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets for the company's aminoplastic products and related industrial raw materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales within the chemical, manufacturing, plastics, coatings, adhesives, or industrial materials sectors.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers within target industries.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and industrial raw materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in industrial chemicals, plastics, resins, paints, manufacturing materials, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and industrial markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria.
  • A valid driver's license is an added advantage.
