Job Summary

This role is for the ambitious go-getter who thrives on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and securing sales wins. You'll wear two hats – Sales Executive and Deal Closer – prospecting for new leads, crafting compelling presentations, and then guiding those leads to the finish line with masterful closing techniques.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach (cold calling, networking, social media).
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.


Building Relationships:

  • Connect with potential customers, understand their challenges, and present solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships built on trust and communication.


Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Craft and deliver engaging presentations that showcase the value proposition.
  • Prepare targeted proposals tailored to each customer's specific needs.


Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and contracts to reach win-win agreements.
  • Employ effective closing techniques to secure sales commitments.


Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain and track leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop strategies to move leads from prospect to customer.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare reports on sales activity and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • A deep understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
