Job Summary

Are you an audacious young talent keen about developing executive capacity in Africa’s dynamic business environment? You are cool with driving real impact for real businesses in real sectors. You are a builder by nature and can thrive with the complexities of building and working with a start-up team in a fairly profitable venture in Africa today? If yes, we're searching for YOU to join our team as a Sales Executive. This is not your typical desk job. We're building an all-sourcing-in-one-cart platform for people and businesses of all sizes in Africa. As one of the Founder's right-hand people, you'll be excited to roll-up your sleeves to learn quickly, build capacity, develop product knowledge, lead generation, new customer, market development, and research. You will be involved in entirely every aspect of our commercial strategy execution, from identifying market opportunities to crushing sales targets and building real customer traction and validation

Job Description/Requirements


  • Deliver commercial targets
  • Dive into the art of building B2B commercial traction for Africa’s emerging merchandise and creative service ecosystem


  • You have the character, personal leadership and have developed a strong work ethic exceed Sales target with a trading marketplace ecommerce player.
  • Minimum of 2-years experience
  • You excel at generating leads for local and global contract transactions and maintaining executives and HNI relationships
  • A rich and competent networker who can captivate clients, build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and close deals with finesse.
  • You are excellent at documenting, able to draft proposals and respond to bids with minimal supervision
  • An intelligent business communicator with fair understanding of the B2B Sales landscape and able to navigate the nuances of doing business in different markets.
  • A team player who thrives at collaboration and enjoys building meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
  • You have the skills, tools and environment to work from Lagos, Nigeria and can Travel (20%)


NB: This role is a full-time hybrid role that comes with competitive remuneration, and on-target earnings.
