Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential customers and turning them into qualified leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Building relationships: Establishing rapport with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions.
  • Making presentations: Delivering compelling presentations on the company's offerings, effectively communicating the product or service's value proposition.
  • Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and closing sales to achieve targets.
  • Customer service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and analysis: Maintaining accurate records, generating reports on sales performance, and keeping track of market trends.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to clients.
  • Target-oriented with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and negotiation techniques.
