Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales experience in FMCG products and demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and distribution of company products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Execute trade activations, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ sales experience in FMCG products.
- Must be below 35 years of age.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Jos market and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess strong customer relationship management skills.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Net Monthly
Location: Jos, Plateau State
