Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting potential clients through cold calling, field marketing, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Property Presentations: Conducting site inspections with clients to showcase various estates (e.g., Treasure Parks & Gardens, Manhattan Parks & Gardens).
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling the sales process from initial inquiry to final payment and documentation.
- Market Research: Keeping track of real estate trends and competitor activities to advise clients on the best investment options.
- Reporting: Preparing daily and weekly sales reports for the Business Manager or Regional Head.
Requirements:
- Education: We require an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields; that's not to say people from other fields who are interested are not welcome.
- Experience: No experience needed. We hire "Sales Executives" or "Graduate Trainees" and provide intensive sales training.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, "street smarts," and the ability to persuade people to invest in long-term landed property.
Location: Adron operates in major hubs including Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Abeokuta, and Nasarawa. You are often expected to reside near your branch.
