The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting the company’s products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers.
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity updates.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor customer payment status and support debt recovery where necessary.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining a positive corporate image.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Location: Ibadan, Benin, Gombe, and Jos.
