Sales & Business Development Executive
Job summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive (Northern Region) to join our growing team. You will be a key member of our Sales Team, responsible for driving business development initiatives across the Kano & Northern region. Your primary focus will be onboarding Microfinance Banks (MFBs) and accelerating product adoption within the region.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential Microfinance Bank (MFB) partners across Kano and other Northern states
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of partners, from initial contact to activation
- Support integration and ensure smooth adoption of our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor partner performance and drive continuous usage and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or operational bottlenecks
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve product positioning and strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management (preferably in fintech or financial services)
- Strong understanding of the Northern Nigeria market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a strong execution mindset and ability to work independently
- Ability to travel across assigned territories
