The ideal candidate should possess track records of sales and result-driven marketing activities mostly in the luxury goods and real estate industry

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and potential buyers.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the unique features of Tetramanor's Properties
- Market and achieve sales for Tetramanor properties.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Keep records of all visitors and other related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury real estate sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other equivalent online software.
- Social media and content creation savvy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Location: Should resides in either Yaba, Ebutte Meta, Surulere, Lekki, Victoria Island or Ikoyi.
