🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate leads through social media, referrals, and direct marketing
• Convert prospects into paying clients
• Market and sell our real estate products
• Deliver presentations and coordinate site inspections
• Follow up aggressively and close deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate sales (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion ability
• Highly target-driven and money-motivated
• Consistent, resilient, and proactive
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing/social media is a plus
