Sales and Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and seasonal demand
• Supervise, motivate, and train the sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and analyze trends to optimize inventory and improve conversions
• Establish relationships with walk-in customers, fleet owners, and corporate clients
• Introduce and promote new products and services to increase market share
• Ensure the sales team is well-informed on all product categories (e.g., oils, batteries, tyres, detailing, diagnostics)
• Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates for management
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and customer outreach campaigns
• Maintain high standards of customer service and follow up to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote ROADMECH services and products.
• Manage advertising, branding, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the company’s image.
• Coordinate social media presence, digital advertising, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility.
• Organize marketing events, roadshows, and auto fairs to showcase ROADMECH services.
• Report and consistently follow up on inventory level and ensure availability. 
• Accurate Posting of all Sales transactions 
• Counting of all inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum of degree
• Excellent communication skills
