Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and seasonal demand
- Supervise, motivate, and train the sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and analyze trends to optimize inventory and improve conversions
- Establish relationships with walk-in customers, fleet owners, and corporate clients
- Introduce and promote new products and services to increase market share
- Ensure the sales team is well-informed on all product categories (e.g., oils, batteries, tyres, detailing, diagnostics)
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates for management
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and customer outreach campaigns
- Maintain high standards of customer service and follow up to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote ROADMECH services and products.
- Manage advertising, branding, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the company’s image.
- Coordinate social media presence, digital advertising, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Organize marketing events, roadshows, and auto fairs to showcase ROADMECH services.
- Report and consistently follow up on inventory level and ensure availability.
