Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Sales and Customer Service Executive. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding customer service. The executive will handle inquiries, manage customer accounts, provide timely resolutions to client issues, and contribute to sales processes through customer communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Service Management and the ability to manage client interactions effectively
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centric approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism
• Prior experience in sales or real estate will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or relevant discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
