Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Executive located in Ibadan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. You will also collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. The role requires managing sales pipelines, building partnerships, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and partnership building
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management and strategic planning abilities
  • Knowledge of HR, business development, and enterprise solutions is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development is required
  • Results-oriented personality with a focus on achieving targets and goals effectively
