Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the bakery’s products to new and existing customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat sales.
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Explore opportunities with supermarkets, restaurants, offices, schools, event planners, and other businesses.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, FMCG, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to identify and convert new customers.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and customer follow-up.
- Experience in the bakery or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
