As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by selling our client’s range of security solutions to prospective clients. Leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge, you will identify and target potential customers. Building relationships, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our client’s security services. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in expanding our client’s customer base and promoting their brand as a trusted provider of 24/7 security solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential clients within designated target markets, industries, and geographic areas to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to understand their security needs and position our company as a trusted partner and provider of customized security solutions.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with clients to secure new business and achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the UK sales team, including sales managers, account executives, and support staff, to coordinate sales efforts, share best practices, and optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and following up to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales certifications or training programs may be considered.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications for sales tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling security solutions, preferably in a 24/7 security environment
- Strong understanding of security products, services, and solutions, including access control, surveillance systems, alarm monitoring, and security patrols.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Working Conditions:
- Sales Agents may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and meet sales objectives
