The Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring customers, onboarding grocery stores and vendors, promoting the Soillight app, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about sales and customer acquisition.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Promote and market the Soillight app to potential customers and vendors
- Identify and acquire new users and business partners
- Onboard grocery stores, supermarkets, and other vendors onto the platform
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when necessary
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active users
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive growth initiatives
- Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or business development experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with mobile apps, e-commerce, or delivery services is an added advantage
