We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Officer to provide operational and administrative support across our B2B, retail, and FMCG sales channels.
Duties/ Responsibilities: He/She will be accountable and responsible for:
Sales Support & Order Management
•
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner across B2B and retail channels.
•
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
•
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Procurement/Warehouse to prevent stock-outs.
Reporting & Data Management
•
Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and records.
•
Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance, order status, and customer analytics.
•
Support the Sales Manager with data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Customer Relationship & Coordination
•
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external sales-related inquiries.
•
Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payment schedules.
•
Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure promotional activities are implemented effectively.
Process Improvement & Compliance
•
Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
•
Identify and propose improvements to sales processes for efficiency and accuracy.
•
Assist in compliance with contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional guidelines.
Education And Experience:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
•
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration within FMCG, B2B, and retail sales environments
•
Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and order management
•
Familiarity with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
