Key Responsibilities
• Process and track sales orders across multiple channels
• Maintain sales records and generate insightful reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and marketing teams
• Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payments
• Support improvements in sales processes and compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales administration
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
