- Communicating with potential and existing customers via email, chat, and calls
- Reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the product experience
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting customers' onboarding and answering product questions
- Conducting or assisting with product demos and client meetings
- Learning new tools, workflows, and tasks as business demands change
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and client interaction
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
