Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nigeria for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting company products and services. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to support the sales process. The hybrid structure allows for a mix of office-based and remote work.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills, including building and managing strong client relationships
Marketing and Business Development experience to identify new sales opportunities and promote products
Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly present solutions and influence decision-making
Time Management and Organizational skills for effectively balancing multiple priorities and meeting targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of insurance, trusteeship, or pension products is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Must demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset
Familiarity with the Nigerian insurance and financial services market is a plus
