Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve individual and store-wide monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective store policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize daily operations.
- Oversee the store's inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising and product presentation are consistently aligned with the brand's image and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance and meet sales targets. ▪
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by setting high standards for personalized service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of effective clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance the store's operations, sales, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated expertise in either commercial banking, FMCG, Real Estate, retail sales (store operation), and other key sectors.
- Must be readily available or around Awka Anambra State
