Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management and efficient daily operations of the restaurant. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service, adherence to operational standards, and the achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional, well-coordinated work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general day-to-day running of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support all restaurant staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
  • Monitor menu implementation, portion control, food presentation, and consistency in line with company standards.
  • Manage procurement activities, including vendor relations, order placements, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
  • Oversee inventory and stock control, track usage, monitor wastage, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including sales reports, inventory logs, cash handling, and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including hygiene standards and food safety protocols.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct staff recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence and service quality.
  • Coordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure the restaurant’s environment, equipment, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience specifically in QSR, fast food, or high-volume environments is highly valued.
  • At least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial in food service or restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in record keeping, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality, business management, or a related field are an advantage
