Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical events, trends, and figures related to development.
- Analyze and interprete historical data to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to current development challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to develop research projects and publications.
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and external audiences through reports, presentations, and publications.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and policies informed by historical analysis.
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND in History, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in conducting historical research and analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant research methods and tools.
- Passion for history, development, and social change.
