Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure delivery, and product satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.
- Demonstrate ability to close deals, achieve sales targets, and handle objections and rejections effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools is a plus.
