Senior Bookkeeper
Job summary
SebCFO is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and financial recordkeeping for a portfolio of small business and real estate clients. This role requires deep experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financials across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple client accounts
- Perform bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
- Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Maintain organized accounting documentation and supporting schedules
- Assist with 1099 preparation and compliance
- Collaborate with SebCFO leadership on client financial insights
- Support CPA and tax preparer requests during tax season
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
