Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to interested customers.
- Accept Inbound calls from interested Customers.
- Build rapport and confidently recommend suitable products.
- Handle objections and close sales.
- Meet daily sales and call targets.
- Accurately update the CRM after each interaction.
Requirements:
- Proven telesales, phone sales, telemarketing, inside sales, outbound sales, or call centre sales experience.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Confidence in handling rejection and staying motivated.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
