Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to assigned prospective customers.
- Understand customers' travel, study, work and international goals.
- Qualify leads and identify suitable approved services.
- Present Next Abroad Ltd services, processes and requirements accurately.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Guide qualified customers through official registration and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Work remotely while maintaining professional communication standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Ability to professionally persuade and follow up without misleading customers.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Access to a smartphone or laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion is an advantage.
Compensation:
- This is a 100% commission-based position with NO fixed monthly salary.
- Partners earn commission from verified successful customer conversions according to the company's approved commission structure.
