Job Title: Remote Graphic Designer at Stream Companies
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $24/hr
Graphic Designer
A Graphic Designer with a proven skill set is needed to understand how print and traditional design contribute to Stream Companies and our clients’ integrated campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, easily pivoting to prioritize tasks. They possess a can-do attitude and play a pivotal role in developing multi-channel visual marketing aligned with clients’ overall brand strategies. Proactivity and eagerness to learn new technologies, trends, and processes are essential.
Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and create visually appealing, effective marketing materials across various mediums, including but not limited to:
  • Build and run digital automation
  • Customize existing products (e.g., direct mail)
  • Create newsprints, flyers, and automotive incentive materials
  • Resize established looks for point-of-purchase items
  • Design CRM emails and resize pitch deliverables
  • Develop outdoor signage and billboards
  • Create digital merchandising assets
• Ensure timely project delivery that aligns with clients’ brands and expectations.
• Assist the Senior Designer as needed (proofreading, managing out-of-office lists).
• Develop conceptual work and proactive ideas.
• Adhere to creative leadership team processes and procedures.
• Utilize Workfront to document all work and proofs.
• Maintain clear communication and adhere to Stream’s one-hour response policy.
• Follow management direction and feedback.
• Understand automotive compliance guidelines and creative execution regulations.
• Attend monthly creative department meetings and weekly town halls.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager to execute work requests and follow best practices.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in graphic design or related fine arts field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
  

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Experience Manager Assets, and Acrobat
• Efficient use of design software to create technically and aesthetically sound pieces
• Understanding of printing processes, terms, techniques, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Delivra Drag & Drop Editor for turnkey email products
• Knowledge of digital file formats, setup, and design best practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
• In-depth knowledge of key accounts to enforce brand guidelines
• Stay informed of current client and manufacturer campaigns to coordinate content across multiple pieces
• Understanding of automotive marketing and Stream products
