Job Title: Remote Expert Visual Designer Needed at Metricoid Technology
Metricoid Technology Solutions is looking for an Expert Visual Designer to join our creative team in a remote position.
We seek a highly skilled designer with a strong portfolio who can enhance our projects and elevate our brand’s visual presence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦170,000.00 – ₦220,000.00 per month
Experience: Visual Designer: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Create visual concepts, themes, and design frameworks for campaigns, products, websites, and digital assets, translating marketing strategies into innovative designs.
• Design Creation: Produce high-quality visual designs for websites, mobile applications, social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and print materials, ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with our brand identity.
• Brand Identity Design: Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across all visual communications, including logos, color palettes, typography, and other brand assets.
• User Interface Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring usability standards are met.
• Prototyping & Mockups: Create detailed design mockups and prototypes for digital products, ensuring accurate representation before development and collaborating with development teams for implementation.
• Visual Storytelling: Utilize visual elements to tell compelling stories, developing animations, infographics, and interactive elements for effective audience engagement.
• Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems for scalability and consistency across projects and platforms, working with cross-functional teams to optimize the design system.
• Quality Assurance: Review final designs to ensure high-quality standards are met, making adjustments based on feedback and testing results.
• Research & Trends Analysis: Conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitor designs, continuously improving designs with insights from analysis.
• Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Present design ideas to clients or internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to align final designs with business objectives.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in visual design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in UI/UX design, including design systems and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
