Tele Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Call logistics companies daily using provided leads.
• Introduce DashSpid and explain its benefits.
• Schedule product demonstrations with interested businesses.
• Follow up with prospects until they become customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Record all conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the DashSpid brand professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Nigerian languages is an advantage).
• Strong confidence speaking on the phone.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media is a plus.
