Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and adjust driver rosters and shift schedules to match daily and seasonal demand
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance, resolving issues quickly
- Ensure delivery targets, SLAs, and service standards are consistently met
- Recruit, onboard, and train drivers, and support their development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements (driver hours, licensing, vehicle standards)
- Track and report on operational KPIs — on-time delivery, cost per drop, driver utilization
- Identify and drive improvements in routing, scheduling, and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
