AI can aid in diagnosing medical conditions, simplifying scientific research, and performing complex calculations.
But just like people, AI is only as good as the data it consumes. The role of an Advanced AI Data Trainer is to shape and enhance the behavior of AI by providing it with the best possible data. That’s where you come in.
The Role
As an Advanced AI Data Trainer, you’ll work remotely with a team of experts following cutting-edge protocols developed by top AI researchers.
Your job is to train AI models to read, write, summarize, and interpret meaning effectively.
Think of it as being a tutor or a language arts teacher for some of the world’s most influential technology.
Your main goal will be to help the AI become a safe, accurate, and knowledgeable conversation partner, capable of assisting people worldwide across a broad spectrum of topics.
Key Responsibilities
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
Train the AI
You’ll spend most of your time creating model conversation examples, acting as both the User and the AI.
You’ll guide the AI through massive amounts of human knowledge, helping it understand the differences between facts, context, and behavioral patterns.
Evaluate the AI
You’ll regularly assess the AI’s performance to ensure its responses are safe, accurate, and beneficial.
This involves checking the factual accuracy of the AI’s outputs and how well it interprets that information.
Test the AI
You’ll actively test the AI’s limitations by pushing it to make mistakes. Your feedback will be crucial for refining the AI’s recovery methods and improving its overall safety and performance.
You’ll also recommend adjustments to training processes.

The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, with flexible hours tailored around EST or PST time zones.
As the project expands, there will be opportunities for advancement into senior training or project management roles within the Invisible team.
