Responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing financial products, sourcing new clients, managing deposits, and loans.
- Ensuring timely loan recovery and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of, NCE in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and reporting ability
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
