Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote the company’s financial products to existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct credit appraisals and prepare loan documentation.
- Ensure timely disbursement and follow-up on loan repayments.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and submit daily marketing and performance reports.
- Achieve individual and branch targets for loan disbursement and portfolio quality.
- Conduct field visits to assess client businesses and verify loan utilization.
- Support recovery efforts by monitoring repayment behavior and identifying early warning signs of default.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competition.
