Job summary
We seek to hire a suitable regional sales manager (SW) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales development of solar PV, energy storage and integrated energy solutions in the assigned region, SW, in Nigeria.
- Develop and manage local channels and key customers.
- Drive project execution, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Business, Engineering, Electrical or related fields preferred
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Nigeria; energy, power, solar or storage industry preferred
- Familiar with local market environment and channel sales models; existing customer or installer resources are a plus
- Strong ability in customer development, business negotiation and project follow-up
- Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively with Chinese management team
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel within the region
