HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR activities to support business operations and workforce needs across the assigned region.
• Coordinate and manage the performance review process for both office and site employees.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technical professionals, and site-based employees.
• Work with business leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently while supporting operational requirements.
• Monitor compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies, particularly for site-based employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, headcount reports, and HR data to support management decisions.
• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, and grievance resolution to promote a productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years within the Construction or real estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and site-based workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR data reporting.
• Deep, practical knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, specifically around contract staffing, artisan management, and casual labor.
• CIPM certification or membership is highly preferred.
• Candidate must be living in Awka, Anambra State, or its environs
