Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Participate daily in relevant subreddits to drive peer-to-peer discussions and brand awareness.
- Algorithm Optimization: Package and time content strategically to secure early upvote momentum and reach "Hot" or "Top" feeds.
- Account & Karma Management: Monitor account health and maintain a strong balance of post and comment Karma to preserve posting authority.
- Moderation & Reputation: Navigate AutoMod rules, spam filters, and flairs while transparently addressing critical threads.
- Social Listening: Track brand mentions and subculture trends to provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years managing brand accounts on Reddit, or verified success scaling high-karma personal/niche subreddits.
- Platform Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of Reddit infrastructure (Karma thresholds, upvote/downvote velocity, AutoMod parameters, and shadowban triggers).
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to abandon "corporate speak" for an authentic, native Reddit tone.
- Conflict Resolution: High emotional intelligence and resilience to constructively de-escalate community skepticism or negative feedback.
Remuneration: NGN150,000 plus NGN 25,000 Data Allowance Monthly
