Job descriptions & requirements
- Full-cycle mass hiring (couriers/delivery agents, call center operators, field staff)
- Launching and scaling hiring funnels independently
- Fast, sharp interviews — focused on reliability and common sense
- Filtering out weak candidates without sentimentality
- Working with local African labor markets (culture, expectations, reality)
- Improving processes: sources, screening logic, scripts, criteria
- Being responsible for people's quality, not just hiring numbers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mass/volume hiring
- Ability to work under pressure and keep pace
- Structured thinking
- Professional maturity — no excuses, no blame-shifting
- A clear understanding that you will deal with Russian management and the Russian mindset
- Actually understands and knows mass hiring, not just theoretically
- Can read people, not just move candidates through a pipeline
- Says the truth: if something is late — you say it, if you messed up — you fix it
- Does not wait to be pushed — you see problems and act
- Wants to grow in recruitment as a profession, not just “have a job.”
- Experience in emerging markets (Nice to have )
- Hiring couriers, call centers, or operational teams (Nice to have )
- Desire to grow into leadership, not just execute tasks (Nice to have )
