Responsibilities:
- Market and sell company properties (land, estates, houses, etc.)
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing
- Follow up with prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Attend property inspections and guide clients professionally
- Educate clients on property details, prices, and payment plans
- Close sales and meet weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain proper client records and report sales activities
- Work with the team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions
