Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing property sales operations, managing customer interactions, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, training and managing sales agents, and building strong client relationships. The manager will also identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market presence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abeokuta.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Real Estate and related fields, including Real Property transactions.
- Strong understanding of Sales strategies and practices, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Customer Service expertise, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Holding a valid Real Estate License is required.
- Leadership skills, time management abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Abeokuta is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using technology for property marketing and customer relationship management.
