We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Broker to facilitate property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting buyers and sellers, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful property transactions.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and market properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
  • Assist clients with property documentation and transaction processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
  • Promote properties through online and offline marketing channels.
  • Monitor market trends and property values.
  • Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate transactions and property marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
