Job Summary
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Lagos, Nigeria. As a real estate sales executive, you will work closely with the manager to develop and increase sales of properties by following up on potential and existing clients. You will be required to follow up on portfolio/leads of new clients too. See 5 people everyday and 100 people a Month Your commission is 10% flat rate for 6months on 400 and 500sqm

Responsibilities:
- The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, including customer service, creating and managing property listings, sales negotiations, and real property market analysis.Â
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
- Real Estate License and experience in the real estate industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real property marketing and market analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
