Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Operation Officer to join our team, who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of real estate portfolio. This role involves managing property, implementing efficient processes ensuring compliance with industry regulations, planning, design, execution of construction projects, ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and functionality of our projects while adhering to budget and schedule constraints, sales and marketing of properties.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Property Marketing: Craft and execute compelling marketing strategies to spotlight our properties, leveraging diverse channels such as online platforms, social media, and print media. Drive engagement through captivating property listings, alongside orchestrating impactful open houses and property tours.
  • Lead Generation: Take the initiative in generating leads through strategic networking, referrals, and cold calling efforts. Cultivate a robust database of potential buyers and investors to fuel our growth.
  • Client Relationship Management and Sales: Foster enduring relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Offer personalized guidance throughout the buying journey, from initial property selection to the final deal closure.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitor activities, and local property values. Utilize these insights to refine marketing and pricing strategies, ensuring our competitive edge
  • Negotiation: Master the art of negotiation to secure favorable terms for all parties involved. Address objections adeptly, paving the way for seamless transactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee essential administrative duties related to property sales, including contract preparation, property inspections, and meticulous paperwork management.
  • Property Development: Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to develop project designs and specifications for infrastructure and building projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, analyze site conditions, and assess potential environmental impacts. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Property Management: Ensure properties are effectively maintain and managed, including lease negotiations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for real estate properties, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data analysis to make informed decisions and drive strategic planning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 - 10 years
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills in English are a must, alongside a knack for customer relationship management and business development.
  • Proficiency in relevant industries software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge on QS (Quantity survey)
  • Knowledge on BOQ
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to details and commitment to quality.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus (NIESV, IFMA, REDAN, COREN…)


Remuneration: NGN
400,000 – 600,000
